In these Terms, Transaction means a booking made by a traveler on an accommodation provided by a HomeAway supplier and distributed by HomeAway to the Partner as part of the Content, where that booking: is made either directly on a HomeAway site, by a traveler referred from the Partner's Site; and takesplace, is completed and stayed, resulting in the provision of the accommodation to the traveler by the supplier, and HomeAway must pay the Partner a Commission (inclusive of any Partner GST) for each completed Transaction.
